We had a great turn out for our Valentines themed cooking class we called “Cooking Couples”.  We made my signature soup the smoked tomato soup and assembled a great asparagus salad with manchego cheese.  Then we prepared “simply grilled fish” an OZ favorite, and finished up with some delicious deep fried smores.  We will post some great photos of the session soon.  If you were with us, thank you.  If not, we hope you can make it to our next class called Spring Sensations on March 7th.  I’ll be celebrating spring vegetables, spring lamb, and other tasty items.
